for the last few weeks ive been saying to hubby NOT to leave the lid dOWN on the toilet becasue i have to get up in the night to wee and ive often sat on the lid and had an awful shock and had to get up again lift the lid and sit again. HOWEVER he has not once remembered but this has not surprised me.

Last night though i got up in the night and plodded off to the toilet and sat down. Hubby had not only left the top lid up but also the toilet seat up too so i fell right in the pan on the toilet. I was not impressed let me tell you. I could not get out and had to shout in a loud whisper to hubby to help me out. When he saw me he did nothing more but buckle over laughing at me which made me even more cross. He also had his testicles dangling which made my anger mix with revultion

I got out eventually and went back to sleep. But OMG !!!!!!

MEN!!!!!!!!

OMG Budge I have exactly the same problem! He puts the lid down at night and then in the day he leaves the seat up, INFURIATING!!

I must say I haven't fallen down the loo though

Well not quite fallen down, my bottom won't allow that but yes I definitely had the feeling that I was falling down. It just shocks you doesn't it? You are half asleep anyway and you expect the toilet to be ready for you.....

I keep thinking back and I am cracking up like a loon now

thats it i was in shock. i wondered where the fook id fallen. You sort of gauge when you shoud stop and wee and coz i went passed that moment i knew something had gone terribly wrong.

in fact loking back i was so shocked i don't think i even had a wee.

Dont worry budge. I fell nearly fell down the toilet at my in laws on sunday cause someone left the seat up. The thing is Im not exactly the gracefullest person when I sit down so i kind of plonked down and didn't seem to stop. I just shudder at the thought if I got stuck!!!

It happens to me all the time living with 2 males but my bum is so big i cant fall down it!
