No, really this time, although you can treat me as the girl who cried wolf if you like :rotfl:

I was on the PC about an hour ago and felt this trickle down my legs (about an eggcup full) - there's been no pop, no pains, no pink-tinge and no weird smell.

Anyway I rang my midwife and I'm to wear this BRICK of a maternity pad, keep an eye on it and ring her back in 2 hours.

I realised today that for all the whinging about the "delights" of late pregnancy I am SO NOT READY to have this baby and NEVER WILL BE.

Please don't let it be my waters  she has to hang on another 4 days so I can go to the midwife unit.

 Are you aerious this time??

Could be your waters going!
If they have you are queue jumping big time :(

  Seriously hope everything is OK, Maybe Connie doesn't want to wait!!

Oh bless!! Well fingers crossed you just pee's yourself

Unfortunately yes, I am serious - but I'm convinced it's NOT my waters. My husband made me ring the midwife etc. Ridiculous. Bet it's just mingy watery discharge or something. Mmmmm.

And yes, Connie HAS to wait. We're not queue jumping! Yet!

Must have been a right shock for you

 DON'T be waters more like.

Anyway I'm off for a lie down. Apparently if I do that and then get up I should leak more if it is waters...

typical that this would happen after your april fools gag...i wasnt sure weather or not to belive you :rotfl:

Hope everything's ok for you! Keep us updated hun    xxx

NOW thats what you get for pulling a April fools joke :shakehead:

I hope this is just you weeing yourself :rotfl: now i never thought id write that!!! and not your waters
Connie you stay put for at least 4 more days.

I've been dripping watery stuff today, just the odd drip here and there, can feel it come out and it leaves a wet patch in my pants.
No colour or smell, don't think it's wee or waters, apparantly waters smell sweet.
Having googled it, it seems watery discharge of this kind is normal and it's the plug starting to dislodge. I'm not worried cos I put a pad on and it's not even damp yet.
Maybe it's the same thing?

bless you hun, have a nice lay down for half hour and keep us updated on 'leak watch'

I think you're right. I've not had anything quite as dramatic since - the pad is almost dry in fact!! This post has made me feel SO much better thank you muppetmummy

I wondered if it was my waters too at first, but then realised if it was it would drip continuously, I think mine has stopped now too :D
I was gonna leave it a few hours and call the midwife if it carried on.

I also thought my waters had gone a couple weeks ago when I felt a gush, a bit of sniffing confirmed I'd just peed! :rotfl:

Don't think it was wee - didn't really smell of anything

Could be I suppose? Let's hope so it's a better alternative than waters :rotfl:

ooh i used to get this with my youngest. it was just really watery discharge
