Looks like I'll be putting AF up for a few days. BOO!

But on the bright side at least now I seem to have a 'regular' cycle (well, 32 days 2 months in a row) so now I can work out when to have a go with my OPK and see if we really are TTC or just practicing....

Thats a shame, at least you can have fun practising again.

Can I ask how long you were on the depo for and how long you've been without it, what did the Dr say about its length to leave your system??

I was on it for about 10 years, had a slight gap in the middle for about 4 months but I guess that wont count.

I came off it in Nov and went on the pill. Been off the pill for 2 months. Doc said that going on the pill for a bit was 'good' and would get me used to having periods again (even if they aren't real ones on the pill) and I was having them at the end of each pill pack like you should. Came off the pill and carried on getting AF but on a 32 day cycle, not 28.

I've been asking on here and looking around the web for how long it takes to get out your system, and every one's different. I think the avarage is 1 - 3 years to concive...

Yeah thats what i've seen, i was on the depo for 4 years then the merina coil striaght after for 18mth had that would late jan and have had 28 cycles since, until now am two days late but bfn, lots of pregnancy symptoms though!!!

Its soooo frustrating
