strange backache

Hi all

Hope some one can help, For the last day or two I've been getting this strange back pain it starts at my lower back and radiates upwards, it's not too painfull more uncomfortable and Its not constant sort of comes and goes.

It woke me up a few times last night, I've been getting alot of braxton hicks for the last week now also with a bit of pressure but don't know if it's related.

Just wondered if anyone else has expeirenced this.

Hi suz i have had the same symptoms that you have got for weeks now, and I found out the reason why last week, t's due to my little boy being in the posterior position.(back-to-back)

But I have hopefully only got a week left and mine will be gone!
Double check with your MW that it's not related to your braxton hicks but mine wasn't.

That's the kind of back pain I had last night, it went up and down my back.

Really strange, it's the first time I've had it and it was painful rather than an ache.

I'll let you know what my midwife says tomorrow.
