Stop email alerts

hi there,

can someone please tell me how i stop the emails that come through? i know i signed up for them when i joined the forum but i no longer want to receive them so would be grateful if you could tell me how to 'turn them off' ??

I assume this is for subscribed threads if so go to Edit Options and look at your settings under'Default Thread Subscription Mode'.

I just did a filter on my email that sends them to junk folder xxx

Sorry, only just seen that you're still getting them - under Default Thread Subscription Mode on the link Wobbles posted, what does it say? Mine's set to Do not subscribe so I get nothing sent to me, but No email notification should mean that threads you post in still appear when you click on User CP but you don't get sent emails

Are the emails telling you that someone has replied on a thread that you've subscribed to? x

Are you sure you have set it to no email notification from the drop down options?

Either that or they may have stopped now just they might not have immediately whist the servers catch up with changes which I think can take up to 24 hours (random guess lol I don't do the technical side )
