Spot on little man's nipple

Hi girls. My little man has this spot on his nipple looks like a white head.asked hv about it and she said she didn't know what it was and to keep an eye on it. Doesn't seem to bother him at all and its not red or sore. Anyone know what it could b?

It could be a cyst. My lo has one just above his left eye brow and was born with it. We saw a dermatologist to confirm it when he was about 10 weeks. Does it have a silvery look to it?
Apparently you shouldn't squeeze them as they just keep reappearing and they need to be removed in full as they have a little sac. (they don't have to be removed, only if they're bothering you or get bigger)
However henry's has erupted on a few occasions and I'm a terrible squeezer! it's reappeared every time

Th it has kinda.he was born with one on his foreskin and it was re checked at 6w appointment and Dr said cyst most likely and popped it. Never said they carry on appearing.tryin to get a pic up but tapatalk IS bein a pain
