Spot on little man's nipple

Hi girls. My little man has this spot on his nipple looks like a white head.asked hv about it and she said she didn't know what it was and to keep an eye on it. Doesn't seem to bother him at all and its not red or sore. Anyone know what it could b?

my daughters had this, its milk, i just gently squeeze it out when its ready, its a little bit hard and looks like cream. i read it somewhere that there nipples can get swollen with milk due to hormones that are passed on from us, I know mine are girls but it applies to boys too.
