Spot on Bot

Oscar got a wee spotty on his bottom. Yesterday, while changing his nappy, I noticed it had become a large lump. Looks like a boil!!! How can this be? He's far to young for it. I put some bicarbonate of soda on it - it looks sore!

Seeing HV tomorrow - any advice in the meantime?

is it really red like blood red?
Just incase its a strawberry birth mark Adele has 3 of them and one appeard when she was 9 months old on her chest. Colby has one so far on her back between her shoulder blades.

Im sure it wont be and mabe its appeard with a tiny hair being pulled out or something or maybe its just a wee heat spot with this yucky weather.
