Its just getting worse now  my pubic bone kills and when I am moving around in bed ( or try too ) it crunches really loud :(

I have spoke to the midwife about it and there isn't alot they can do, it wont go until shes born. I just want it all too hurry up now its just getting to uncomfortable and I can't just sit on my ass all day ive got to do something with myself which in return makes it worse  I feel more pressure down there now so im presuming shes moved down more which must be making it worse.

Sorry just feel like moaning :(

Aww hun, justy think though not long till the little madam is here, she'll be worth every single little ache and pain!

Hi, I feel your pain :( It totally sucks!!
Been having the same problem for at least a month now. Now I know why lots of pregnant women do the woddle, they can't bloody do anything else
Nights suck big time, switching constantly from one hip to the other and trying to do it without hearing that crunching pubic bone, lovely!!! Anyway it'll all be worth it when LO pops out

Take care,
Bev x x

Yes the switching from one side to another is horrible :(

At least it will be over sooner for you

I have been suffering with this too - from about 28 weeks!!!

I have now found that turning over in bed or getting up of the sofa is the worse time - the crunching sound and the pain.....

Hubby heard it for the first time the other day and was shocked - he suddenly became very sympathetic!!! Midwife told me to take paracetomol before bedtime to help me sleep but so far it hasn't done anything to help and I don't want to take it too often.....

I have been taking omega 3 fish oil which is supposed to help your joints ( and improve baby's brain power!) but I can't say that it has helped any!!!!

Sorry to hear your in pain Tasha, the consolation is that in a few weeks time your little Olivia will be here and you will hopefully be pain free again!

aww poor you, i hope your ok, not long now till you have baby

 Awww thanks ladies.

I just wish it wasnt so painfull :( , well im lucky really so many of you have been through alot worse, im sorry for moaning its nothing compared to what alot of pregnant women have to go through.

I think that around this time you have been pregnant for so long and things just get you down! That ontop of wanting to see your baby.....

Not long now though Tasha!!!!!!!!

:cheer: lol I know hunny and I just can't wait, I really can't!!

I had this too, and was off work from 25 weeks and ended up on crutches. :(

Lots of rest hun, and no heavy lifting or puching of anything.

And mine disappeared the day Charlie was born!
