SPD & SJD after pregnancy.

To all the mums who suffered with SPD (and/or) SJD...
Wondering when the pain in my hips will go away???
My LO is a month old now and I'm still suffering with hip pain.

Really wanted to do family things like days out with a new baby during the warm weather last weekend but I always put off ping out as I know my hips will cause me agony.

Please share your experiences

My pelvic bone pain went as soon as I gave birth. However I do keep getting a sharp intense pain going from my neck right down my back which takes my breath away. I had that pain whilst preg so that hasn't gone away. My lo is 18 days old. Hope you feel better soon Hun xxx
