Omg I ache from head to toe-I've carried bags of rock and tyres up and down hills,waded through chest high water,crawled through an ice pit,jumped over fire,crawled under barbed wire swamps,walked through thick muddy clay stuff along with tree hurdles,sheer drops,wall climbs,gate jumps and loads more!!! Bruised,scratched and achy but already arranging next years
