Sore boobs at 5dpo?

Can you get sore boobs before the egg implants? Mine are alot more sore now than they usually get before I'm due on, but I'm only 5dpo. Unless I really did ovulate on Tuesday rather than Thursday

I've got a sore throat too and I'm really tired. Hope I'm not coming down with somthing. I've been surrounded by people coughing at work this week.
