Some advice to calm my nerves??

Hi there,
I'm due my first baby boy on the 12/10/12 and allthough my partner and myself are SO excited, I can't help but be really nervous about my labour/birth.
I have a very low pain threshold and I'm absolutely terrified about the whole experience. I know its all going to be worth it once I hold my baby boy in my arms, but right now all that keeps going through my head is panic!

Any advice on how to deal with these feelings would be great!

Have you thought of hypnobirthing?
There are some wonderful books and CDs to buy and they really help with nerves x
