Soft spot q?

I have just rubbed my hand across the top of Sam's head and his soft spot is sunken in - it is not something i have ever really noticed before.

Am i right in thinking it is a sign of dehydration?

It can be a sign of dehydration. Maybe offer him a drink and see if it improves.
Calleigh's soft spot is sometimes a little more sunken than usual but once she has a feed it feels better.
Mention it to your HV if it continues to concern you hun
