I am seriously so scared about labour with this birth.

When i was having Ellis i was not scared as i didnt "understand" the pain.

I was even think about elective c-section, till i read the thread below about recovery time and it would be silly of me as i wouldnt be able to care for Ellis and my DF cant afford time off work.

Is it also true you have to stay in hospital longer if you have an epidural? I wanted to be in and out to get back to Ellis.

xxxxxxx

I had an epiderual with keeley and i had to stay in overnight to wait to get the feelin in my legs back plus i was plannin on breastfeedin...

you'll be fine hun i think the more you think about it the more you worry

How do you feel about homebirths? Would that make you more relaxed etc? It did for me but I know everybody is different.

I had an epidural and I was discharged the next day. If you've been given a big dose of epidural they will make you wear special socks to increase the circulation in your legs overnight so that you can walk properly as some epidurals can numb your legs for a while.

i big up home births too, but u cant hav an epidural at home

Hi
