A sneezed this morning then was all wet did a pee myself or could been waters first time this happened smelt it didn't smell nothing nothing else came a was so embarrassed withmeself x

youve wet yourself hun, this happened to me in tescos lol and trust me if u dont do pelvic floor exercises after baby all u have to do is cough, laugh hard or something n wet urself i kearnt i hard way

pregnancy is not a beautiful thing lol

Sounds like it might be stress incontinence. I was having a BH couple of days ago and bubs was headbuttting my bladder, I think little bit came out as my muscles just couldnt cope with everything at the same time

A bit comes out when I sneeze too, I keep forgetting to do those exercises....
