sneezed...now spotting

The 2 possibly aren't connected, but a couple of hours ago a sneezed and felt like I pulled a muscle just above my groin (ive had twinges in the same place when I've sneezed before)

I'm now spotting a little.

I'm not overly concerned at this point as its light....but has anyone else experienced this?

I had the same experience around 6 weeks. I was getting little pains on one side almost where I would imagine the ovary is. Then one time i was in the bath and sneezed and it felt like i'd pulled a muscle.

I don't get the pains anymore alghough I have had a similar sneezing experience a couple of times. For a while I was worried everytime I felt like a sneeze was approaching!

I also got a little spotting around 6 to 7 weeks. I can't remember how close this was to the sneezing pain, but all have stopped now.

I have my first midwife appointment today. Everyone says its mostly just paperwork for the first appointment but I'm looking forward to it anyway. I've not really had any pregnancy symptoms and so I guess I'm looking for some reassurance that everythings ok.

Hope the pains ease up for you.. I'm sure everything is ok and that these things are fairly normal.

Sorry to jump in from Tri2 but just wanted to say i still get the achy pulling pains when i sneeze, feels like cramp and take a few seconds to ease off. Totally normal apprently

never had any spotting afterwards though, if your worried speak to your midwife hope all is well x

Spotting doesn't seem to have come to anything and seems to have almost cleared up. Just seemed odd I'd had nothing before.

I'll mention it to midwife when I go
