SMP question

Hiya, just wondering if any can help me! I need to find some sort of proof of my SMP pay each month where would I get this from other than bank statements etc?
I've asked my work and they have nothing does anyone know where I can get this info from? Xxx

By law work should be supplying you with a pay slip still, as it has your tax/ni/pension etc on there.
