Hello.
I was just wondering who here does SW?
And also iv just started and im confused. Iv got my mums old pack thing and it says that green day cheese is free but then also says cheese is option B. I dont get it? If the thing you want is under the free foods can you have as much as you want? or just a portion of everything thats free? Iv been having massive bowls of pasta then felt really greedy but it says its free?? im confused.

So can any one help?

Hey Jenna

Anything that is Free, is free!! :cheer: You can eat as much as you want of it. Fill up until you could burst!!

As for the free dairy on green for example, again you can eat as much as you want of it. Anything that's on the FREE pages, is free!
If you want some 'real' cheese you can use an A choice

Does that help or make any sense?!

:rotfl: I felt exactly the same, I couldn't believe I would lose any weight as I was always eating and never felt hungry!!

i think it does. so i could have pasta with some fat free or low fat cheese on and have it as free pasta and free cheese or i could have the cheese as a B aswell?

So if you were on a green day;

Have the pasta with free dressing or low fat cheese i.e off the free food list: Quark or very low fat cottage cheese and the whole meal will be free.

Or use an A choice (in my book its on page 39) ie
28g cheddar or 42g mozzarella etc (one from the list) and the meal will be free + 1 A choice
(remember you can have 1 or 2 A choices and 2 B choices a day)

Or like you said you could have pasta, free cheese plus an A choice cheese aswell!!

Does that help?? :D

A choice is dairy and B choice is fiber so you couldnt have cheese as a B choice

 i keep getting them mixed up. I think im going to make some cards that have like a days worth of food options on and then pick one for that day. Its too easy to go over on stuff like milk and cheese for me.

cheese is also a b choice on a green day - as some of the b choices on a green day are protein as well as fibre :D
