Are these ok for newborns??

Was gonna get some from VERTBAUDET, but saw some on ebay and was wondering if anyone else had got them from there, or are they crap.

How many do i need by the way?? I havent a clue :rotfl:

Depends on the size of the baby.

The Grobag 0-6 ones have poppers for babies under 10lbs. I have had Maia in them since she was 12 and a half pounds and its so much easier than using blankets!

We have 2, one to wear, on to wash.

I have used grobags for Jake since he was about 1 month old. Just make sure that you buy the right tog rating. I have put a link to the official grobag site below for you to get some info but I bought mine new fromm e bay for half the price.

Grobags are great, they're also called dream pods now  No idea how we'd have kept Isaac warm without one, he never keeps still, even in his sleep :cheer: When he was newborn he wasn't so strong so used blankets but grobags from about 5wks :)

Love them for keeping my little girl nice and toastie :)

I believe they aren't recommended for babies under 10lb, I started using one when Evie was about a month (she was 9lb1oz born)

Keep an eye on ebay for a bargain, think boots have proper grobags on sale at the moment too?

Willow has been in grobags since about 6 or 7 weeks as she is such a fidget she would get very cold otherwise we have 2 one to wear and one in the wash/cupboard we have just brough 2 new ones for the winter from asda we got a 2.5 tog yellow one for a fiver and a pink 2.5 tog winnie the pooh one for £12 cheaper then the grobag brand but does excatly the same. teh ones she wears at the moment my aunt gave me so didnt have to buy them.
