Yeah i have watched it before.
Sleep sex is one of the forms of parasomnia. I have problems with my sleep so programs like this interest me.

shame i didnt see this- this is something I have experienced! My OH has various sleep problems including this!

The OH suffers with it, so he enjoyed it. He hasn't got it that bad thankfully, but he never wants to co-sleep.

me too! I am going on tablets once the babies born or finished with breastfeeding as i am afraid i'll keep it awake all night at the least or something else at worst! cos i have hallucinations between sleep and being awake.

wice we've experienced this sleep sex but twice woke up and just laughed about it!

I have the hallucinations too whilst asleep but awake too. I have episodes which last from a few nights to a week or so worth of hallucinations at night. Luckily i havent suffered for a while now but it drives me crackers when i do have them as the more interuptted sleep i get from it the more i suffer
