During months 2 & 3 i got sickness, but all i'd throw up is liquid when i hadnt eaten at all, it all stopped but the past two days ive thrown up after eating, but today i ate a ice lolly and a bowl of cherios, and didnt throw up till i have a sandwhich later, and day before it was toast.. should i stay away from bread or something :?

It might be bread or maybe it's something else... like the butter or something which sets you off? It's hard to tell really  Did you go a long time without food on both occasions? I find I get quite a lot of nausea when I have an empty stomach. :(

i wouldn't cut out bread all together without checkin with midwife first, i was sick up till about 22 weeks don't worry too much about it.....

I would suggest keeping a food diary, with times, that way when you are ill make a note and hopefully a pattern will emerge vampire_dolly sorry you've not been well, I do hope it eases or stops for you

They do say a lot of sickness is due to smell rather than taste or what you eat too, so be aware of any smells when you're ill too, best wishes

Thanks all,

Didn't throw up today but i think that was because i only eat a yoghurt then had a small dinner later, before this i had to eat lots or i would throw up :? :wall: this is rather confuddling! I thought sickness was ment to stop by now :(

i feel sick when i try to drink a cup of tea in morning, find out what it is that makes u feel sick then if u have dry crackers or rich tea biscuits if in uk then that should help. Know they dont taste that great like choccy biccys but it helps the feeling of nausea :)

Ginger biscuits might also help for first thing in the morning. Personally I can't stand the flavour of ginger so didn't try them but have heard it's very good for nausea.
