Sharp stabbing pain

Hi ladies
I am 31+4 currently..
For the last couple of days I had light period cramping, nothing major just slight discomfort. Called our maternity day unit and they told me to come in yesterday. They monitored me for half hour, checked my blood pressure and felt tummy and said all was fine probably just braxton hicks

In the last half hour today Ive had quite a few sharp stabby pains. It's fine when I lie still it's just when I move position!

I've had some discharge but iv heard it can be normal to increase in third trimester.. Think just panicking (like most people I hope) bout premature labour but hoping it's normal and don't want to ring the unit again as they'll think I'm mad I am slightly!
Just wanted to check if other people have had this?
Going to try and warm bath soon see if that helps

Ive also had period cramping past few days, feeling odd and increased discharge to the point i can feel it coming out (sorry tmi) also hoping its not the start, midwife didnt seem too worried last week plus also had sharp pains but in my foof area, weird x

Thanks loula thats made me ESP as we are only a few days apart and you can sympathise.
Feel bit more reassured.. Its hard to Know when to panic and when it's normal eh! I've got
Midwife appt next wk as well, maybe it's just our bodies getting ready!
