I swear I pushed out my brain when I pushed out Luke....

I do the oddest things sometimes. I forget things. I am just weird.

For example, I'll stick things in the fridge that really don't belong there.

I'll start to drive somewhere in the car and then have to pull over because I have completely forgotten where I'm headed.

I make a fuss of telling Matt I'm going for a bath and then end up in the shower and half way through feel annoyed because I "forgot" to have a bath.

And tonight... to top it all off......

I got into the shower with my socks still on. :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall:

:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Once when I was 8 I got up in the middle of the night for a pee. But I forgot to pull my knick knacks down,or put the toilet seat up.

And you want more!

Its a mummy thing deb, I do weird things too and am so forgetful!

Iv sat on the loo with the seat up and peed on it lol a few times not just when im sleepy lol! i have also got in bath with bra and top on b4! wtf?! what am i gonna be like when left to look after this baby on my own all day evryday lol! the poor thing! x

I ALWAYS go to put the dirty washing in the bin rather than the washer, earlier i wanted to get the plates out to put tea out and i went in the oven :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall:

When I first had Luke, I was so forgetful that I actually told Matt more than once that I was actually scared I would leave Luke somewhere one day. I forgot everything. I kept losing my keys, purse... everything. I was terrible. I think I am a little better now but even Matt keeps saying how bad I am and that I'm the same as when I was pregnant.

it gets worse with the more children you have

That happened to my neighbour when her 1st DS was two and her second a few weeks old. She got her bag, purse, turned off the cooker, took DS1 out, locked door, walked down the road, caught the bus,got off 10 minutes later, and realised she's left the baby sleeping in his cot

I tried to put the CD in the floppy disc bit on the computer the other day then couldn't work out where to put it, DH had to show me  .

I put some chicken Kievs int he oven ..... in thier packets the other day, also ended up with washing up liquid in the fridge as ya do lol

Defrosted some mince in the microwave last night thinking I would wash up somethings while I wait for it to do its thing then 5mins later I smelt burning and looked and the mince had "cooked" in the microwave :puke: I faffed about for ages and wondered how the hell it defrosted that quick and went brown so had to chuck it away and get some more out the freezer put it in the microwave then realized that I had it on full power. :wall: :wall:

Oh... Matt just reminded me about putting Luke in the bath with his nappy on the other night too.

I hadn't realised til I started washing him and wondered what the hell it was. :?

Also, I bought a birthday card for my friend recently and when I got home I realised I had already bought her one...3 times!! :wall:

   think we all do stuff like this.

I was chatting to a friend in the kitchen the other day and wss drying the pots when I walked over to the bin and threw the tea towel in. I didn't even realise until my friend pointed it out
