Is this the only laxative that is safe during pregnancy? Does anyone have any tips for non pill related constipation relief?

I took Sennakot but the only other thing i can suggest is plenty of fruit and fibre!!

I haven't been constipated since I was pregnant but the thing i swear works is warm water and lemon juice first thing in a morning before you eat or drink anything.
