send paperwork..............?

ive filled out the paperwork, but do i need to send anything with it....eg payslips, bank statements or birth cert?

ive gotta send birth cert off for child benefit, but for sure start grant and tax credits, im not sure if i have to send documents with the forms??

For surestart it's just the form itself plus the bit that gets signed off by your midwife or HV. For tax credits they don't need anything with the form and will ask specifically if they need anything else.
