Screening results.

Hi ladies! Got my results in the post today. It says I'm low risk but I don't understand the actual results. I have two ratios:
Maternal age related risk for trisomy 21: 1:1488
And
Adjusted risk for trisomy 21 1:7106

So which is the ratio of my chances!?! I am not worried as they are both good, I just wondered what my chance was as I don't understand!

Havant explained myself brilliantly! It's from the down syndrome screening I had done at my 12 week scan (even though I was 14 weeks!) x

Your adjusted results are based on your scan (which is the more important one!) is lower that the average risk for someone your age iyswim, so very good low risk results

So your ACTUAL risk is 1:7106
