Scan at LGI

Hiya, has anyone had a scan at Leeds General Infirmary? Just wondering how much the pictures are. I had a letter through saying I would be able to buy one but it didn't say how much.

Just so I'm prepared!

there usually about 3 quid or so..not sure at leeds but mine was 3 in london so it wont be more!

soz no - I had mine done at St. James. I can't remember how much they cost (summit along the lines of £3 ish), but they forgot to charge me, so then I went to reception and was like "erm how much are these" so the receptionist started glaring at me and said "you're supposed to have already paid for these" so I told her nobody had asked me for any money, so she just kind of mumbled and muttered and then told me it didn't matter, and to just take the pics lol. So I got them for free.

Sorry that's completely not helpful at all - I just went very O.T.

i got 5 pics for £2 (didnt even know you had to pay for them, lucky the O/H had some spare change in his pocket! ) the midwife said to me that usually they are £1 per photograph, that wasnt at LGI but hopefully it gives you a sort of indication of how much to take with you, you'd probably be able to call the reception of the antenatal clinic and they would be able to tell you. good luck with the scan

Didn't get mine done at LGI but they cost me £3 each. I had to tell the sonographer that I wanted more than 1 (I got mum and MIL one too) at the time of the scan as they presume that you only want the one piccie. You will need to make sure you have coins too as it's a machine on the wall which gives you a token, when you hand your tokens over you get your piccie!

Just an update - didn't have to pay at all! She said we get one free and that's it, but I managed to blag 2 because one wasn't very clear.
