Saying Hi - due 8th October-updated

Hey all

My name is Hels and after weeks of lurking here and after my 20 week scan I finally felt it was safe to say hello. I was at slightly higher risk of foetal anomalies due to some medication I was on (pregnancy not planned!) and so wanted to get past the scan first. Well I had the scan and the baby is fine thank goodness, so here I am, finally able to get excited about it!

Have not really enjoyed pregnancy so far what with the horrendous morning sickness (whilst starting a new job - did I mention the not planned part?!). However I feel much better now and ready to start enjoying it! Although I did try on my smallest jeans the other day - BIG mistake!

Well its nice to meet you all and I look forward to going through this with you, will figure out how to get a ticker and I'm all set.

If you go to baby-gaga.com you can create a ticker in there. Then you need to copy and paste the URL you're given into your profile to get it to show on your signature. There's a more detailed explaination of how to do it in the technical help section on from the main page.
