thanks for all the well wishes etc and thanks to Urchin for being my text buddy. Here are some photos of Sammy. I can't believe how much calmer I am this time around! Apart from being tired and having ankles like tree trunks I'm fine, no stitches or tearing at all which seems fairly miraculous.
