Rumbly toy

Jacob has a little vibrating elephant on his playmat that he loves. The vibrations make him stop crying, but it only lasts for a few seconds because it's one of the ones with a pull string. Can anyone recommend a toy that does something similar, but for longer?

Cute! I wonder how much it moves (whether he could hold onto it). I would rather it not be a pull-string toy because I want the rumbling to last so he doesn't get upset when it stops.
