Hello,

I found out 4 weeks ago my husband was seeing a girl he worked with. Ive almost come to terms with this and things are better with my husband. The thing i cant cope with is seeing her, and i want revenge, something subtle, otherwise im gonna end up holding her up against a wall with her neck just to make me feel better :(

Sorry you have been betrayed hunnie it's the most horrible abuse of trust. I kinda think though that if you have forgiven your husband then you have to let her go iykwim. Yeah she's a cow (I presume she knew he was married?) but it was your husband who has betrayed you and you've forgiven him, do you know what I mean? I know how hard it is, I've been there and found out that if you are planning on forgiving you have to kinda forget too or it tears you up inside xx

I'm so sorry they've both put you through this :( I'm glad things are better with your husband, and to be honest the thing that will probably get to her the most is seeing that you are happy with him - even if it hurts to see her (do you ever have to?), he has chosen you over her and if you do anything to let her know that you are hurting because of her it's only going to make you feel worse. I agree wtih cosmic that if you've forgiven him you need to move on together and not allow her (or you thinking about her) to continue to affect your relationship x

Hi, I do have to see her unfortunately :( you are both right! I just hate seeing her happy coz she hurt me so much. I think only time will heal this and I've just got to put it to the back if my mind. Xx
