Returning after Mat Pay stops

Can someone confirm for me that we are paid for 33weeks in total? I am trying to write a letter to my employer and am trying to work out when I will return!! lol
I started it on 6th September, so does this mean I will be paid and shouild return to work w/c 25th June?? xxx
