Does anyone else suffer restless legs or like a numbness in their arms i constantly have to move my left arm and leg about its starting to do my head in i cant sit still for any length of time....??

I was thinking of starting a thread on this myself!

I've always had occasional restless legs and only very occasionally restless arms ...but since being pregnant it is sooo much worse. I get it in my legs every evening now without fail and in my arms most nights (arms seems to only be in bed).

Its really very annoying and frustrating. I've not found a good cure for the legs yet other than keep moving and trying to put my legs up but it usually only helps a bit, not completely. When I'm in bed I find lying on my side that has the restlessness helps (so that my weight is on the arm/leg).

Its kind of nice to know I'm not the only one.. although I'm sorry you have it too as I know what a nuisance it is!

The restless leg thing drives me up the bloody wall!! Its always at night too. x

It's just a nuisance, my dads partner said it could be due to the baby lying on a nerve dont know wether this would cause that or not? i've suffered restless legs for years, but its got worse since i got pregnant and really drives me up the bloody wall lol xx
