I am slightly confused now as to what I have to take!!

Zac's NHS number was on my post natal notes, but they have been taken now by the MW!

Hmmmmm. Think il just take his little red health book as that has a few details in. Rich and I always carry our driving licences so thats ok!

It must vary from region to region what you need by the sounds of it

i just took OH & the slip of paper i was given at the hospital.

the lady registering alice, had registered OH's nans death the day before

we took ourselves and Jamie and loads of paperwork from the hospital and a reference number they gave us when we rang up for the appointment, loadsa stuff!!!!

Well we went today and took nothing and needed nothing!!

So that was good.

However, because OH and I are getting hitched next year the registrar told us not to bother getting a full birth certificate today as when I take on Richard's name when we wed, the birth certificate for Zac will have to be altered and my maiden name put on...so gonna wait until then, we got our short one though so thats fine
