Registering baby

We are registering Zac tomorrow, any one know what information we need to take because I want to be prepared!

Do they not need any other details like hospital he was born at, times etc??

no the hospital send them stright there and when you makjke the appointemnt at the registry office they will have them ready.

i think you need to take your passorts... i did and your birth certifcates i think as wel

ahh jaidt i forgot i think you need the green leaflet with your babies national insurance number on. but its not compulsory.

 

Ah yes - Paul had to take his birth certificate and driving license when he went to register Lennon

we just had to take Olivia's NHS number hat they give you at the hospital

i think we only took ours to get the spellings of where we were from right as both of just don't come from milton keynes

We didn't have to take anything at all, just ourselves & some cash for the Certificates

All we had to take was ourselves and the card from the hospital stating what time she was born, date of birth etc on it.
