Reflexology & Hypnotherapy

Are any of you having these treatments??

I am planning on hypnotherapy for the birth, thinking about booking the first session for next week... the person I have spoken to has recommended I do 3 - 4 sessions and then practice what I have learnt.

I have booked my 1st Reflexology treatment, I will be 28 weeks.

I cant seem to find a Hypnotherapist in my area who specialises in maternity/labour

Hi Evedale,

I just did a search on the web and found quite a few that specialise in hypnobirthing. You could always try your midwife although mine knew nothing about hypnotherapy!
