I've been having it every fortnight since 12 weeks as my auntie is a trained reflexologist and she's upping the sessions to one a week at 36 weeks to give baby a nudge!! My friend had it one afternoon and then started labour that evening but then she was 9 days overdue so not sure if it was coincidence or not?? Good luck!!
