Red cheeks

Hassan has a had red cheeks ever since he started teething and it's only little areas on his cheeks - sometimes little red spots that come and go! they tend to appear more when there's no sun. Not sure what to do - it really upsets me to see him like that although it doesn't itch or anything it's just red - do u think it's due to teething or change of weather??
