Hi Amanda
I gave up smoking last June (1 year 25/6 ) and after smoking for 24 years I did notice my cycle was different. Soon after quitting I caught pregnant while on the pill unfortunately it wasn't to be, although it was the wake up call we needed to decide to have another one!
Well done with the quit and a sprinkling of baby dust for luck.

I gave up around 5 years ago but I didn't keep track of my cycles then so I've no idea if it effected me or not.
I have heard that stress doesn't make your AF late, it makes your OV late and as your luteal phase is usually the same length then AF would appear to be late but it's actually the late OV causing it.
Sorry probably not explained that well, but if you only gave up 4 days ago then it would have been after your OV therefore the stress of giving up cannot have made you late as your OV can't have been affected.
But then again if you were planning on giving up for a few weeks then you could have been stressed enough just thinking about it to effect your OV
