Rash help?!

My toddler has just woken up with this on his leg! He's been a little off the last few days and running hot but not quite a temperature any ideas what it is? Please help xxx

Looks like urticaria which is an allergic reaction to something x

Hi my LO had this last week alongside a heavy cold! Like Michelle said, looks like urticaria (hives) and can be treated with an antihistamine x
