Rash - Anybody Any Ideas what it is??

Hello

I don't get the time to come on here very often but wondered if you ladies might be able to help me out...

My little boy has had a cold for the last few days, last night I was getting him ready for bed when I noticed this rash on him...

It's only on his body, not arms and legs. It's not itchy and does not bother him at all. It doesn't seem to be getting any worse since last night.

Do you think I should take him to the doctors? Don't want them to think I am paranoid first time Mum!!!

I have no idea but if that was me id be straight down the doctors. probably nothing but better to get it checked out just in case!

Arianna gets that when she is ill, she usually gets it a day or two before she shows the signs of any illness.

The doctor told me that some kids (especially under the age of 5) get this rash and it is just there bodys reaction to trying to fight off any viruses.

If you are still worried, get him to the docs to get it checked out properly

Thanks SarahH - I saw on another post of yours about Arianna, I thought it was probably something to do with his body's reaction to the virus. He had a similar thing happen a little while back, took him to the doctors who were useless and had NO idea what it was!!! Just wanted some conformation. Although might take him to the doctors tomorrow to be on the safe side.
