Im unsure if this is aloud if not im sorry and please ask me and i will remove it!
Im running the race for life this year for my dad and grandad who iv lost to the horrible disease and am aiming at raising £100 pound.
Any ideas on how get to my target would be great iv put it on facebook and twitter( not that iv used it in years) but anything else i can do??
