I went today with the intention of getting a couple of nursing bras. I was not impressed with the display especially as most of the people viewing it are going to be heavily pregnant women. The dispaly went from really high up to where most average people cant reach to really low down. If you are heavily pregnant there is no way you see with out bending right down, doubling over, sticking your big fat arse (OK, my big fat arse  ) right out- right into a bloody book stand (which I nearly knocked over  )

They did have quite a range of sizes but not one in my size

I did get my nappy nippas from there tho, I couldnt find anywhere else that sold them so they did redeem themselves a little :D

I had a look at the bras in mothercare today too... they were really badly displayed and really horrid colours and patterns... my mother wouldn't even wear! was excited when I first got there as there was a 50% sale!

This is the best set I found. If you can find any on the mothercare site that you like, lemme know, drop me a PM or something with the ones you like and your size.. I'm going tomorrow and my store was ok set up, so I can have a look for you if you like. Doesn't help you if you've not been measured I guess, but if you know the size you want lemme know. Gives me something to do :)

just to let you know my bras from mothercare never fitted me from the day after i gave birth They said i would need a 40dd when infact now i am a 36J...I got measured by the breast adviser at the hosp on the recommendation from my m/w and i felt sooo much better.

Aww TD were in the same boat honey! I cant get my bras from there either, so i went to marks and spencers, who do sell them! Im a g and in mine quite comfortably.
Warning they are expensive though, i went owuh looking at thr price tag

awwww thanks for the offer michelle, but none of those bras even goes near my cup size so Im going to bravissimo today to get measured up. They are expensive but I really trust the fittings they give and they are prob the only shop who do my size with a decent design

Im a 42 in the back so i cant use them, shame!

Im in the same boat but with my cup size- G cup pre-preg, Im now HH so am expecting to be measured for a J/JJ for my nursing bras. Hardly anybody does those sizes :x

Thanks for the links michelle- Im gonna look at them now :D

Why do Mothercare put things so high up on shelves? I don't get that :wall:

I looked at the online ordering for nursing bras and they were out of stock. :( I have found a few new bras listed on Ebay but can't guarantee the size will be right.

I will also check out those links. Thanks.

IU couldnt look on high shelves if i wanted too, im only 5"2

I'm a 44J now and found that America do the BEST nursing bras, really well padded on the shoulders and made of the softest cotton that feels like a T shirt but holds like a "normal" bra, i got them off of Ebay and they arrived in 4 days,
Definitely worth checking ebay in my opinion

Have you a link for it feefee? would be most interested to have a nose myself, i need some good ones as im heavy busted as well.

well i went to bravissimo for my fitting. Ive been sized as if my milk has come in so there will be plenty of room for when they do and...

Ive got a 38 K

Girls check this out, im investing as it sounds pretty easy today and there is no needlework involved!
Im buying one!

I found figleaves good, you can search by size so no problem of finding a bra you like that isn't big enough. If you do a search for nursing/maternity you can refine by size/colour etc.
