Quiet announcement....

Hi all,

I posted a few days ago as i have only recently joined this board after losing an angel in July.

Well DP and i haven't been 'trying' to conceive but just letting nature take its course.

Anyway i tested yesterday and today and......

Very, very faint positives. But i am not thinking too much yet. As AF is due today(ish) so it could still go wrong and i am keeping it very very quiet!

At least until i get a strong HPT. If all goes well i still wont tell anyone for as long as poss, incase i lose this one too, it's too painful when everyone knows.

Anyway, here's too a very scary and worrying few weeks!

I'm so trying to not get my hopes up. Kind of in denial. I didn't think it would happen this quick. I've only had one proper AF since MC.

Which tests did you use? Have you tried a ClearBlue normal? That gave me a strong BFP when cheapies were very faint.

Hi Charm,

Yeah it was only an ebay cheapy. I bought ten the other day. I also have a clear blue digital from my last preg, but i'm saving it for a few days time when my hormones have (hopefully) increased!.

Ooh how exciting, I got exactly the same.

Cheapies then a normal CB the next day and then 2 days later a Digi CB.

you should get a stronger line on the cb, cheapies seem to come up quite faint. x

Its odd though, last time i was so happy about my pregnancy until it went wrong. Now i'm just a bag of nerves. I want to put a ticker up but don't want to tempt fate.

I feel a bit like i've set myself up for a fall. I won't tell family or DP for ages yet. Its not fair to let them worry too!
