ive been off sick nearly 4 months and im writing my resignation letter. will i still get paid any holidays i havent taken? or do you loose them when you're off sick. how could i word this in my letter? thanks

Id of thought you would have still earnt, where i worked thet only started altering your hols if you were off for longer than 6 months

You should still be entitled to them unless you have already used your current years allowance.

work out how much holiday you think you are entitled to and when you word your letter state something like:

I have calculated that I have ????? annual leave due to me, as I am unable to take this leave i would like to receive the equivqlent payment
