I breast fed my first and was like daisy the cow and produced enough milk to feed a small village, so was just wondering what would happen if I deceided not to breast feed this time, would the milk just dry up or would I have to take something?

Your milk would just dry up on his own Hun. It only keeps producing if your breasts are being stimulated ie; breastfeeding.

Well I kind of thought that, but I was talking to my friend the other day and she said that you would have to get rid of the milk otherwise you'd get mastitis?

It dries up on it's own, takes a few weeks but I never needed to take anything.xx

I never breast fed, it just dried up a few days after the birth, reali sore for a bit but that was it, all gone xxx
