I've heard that it's good to place a baby on their front for a minimum of 10 minutes per day to exercise their neck muscles. My LO is only 2 weeks old, so it seems too early to do this as her head is still not fully supported. Do you know at what stage I can safely put her on her front to play?

I think you can do it as soon as you want to. Starting with the week one...

If you are a bit conserned, you can try to put baby on your tummy instead of cot or any other hard surface. I do it all the time with Daniel, and he is very comfortable with this :D

yeh i used to give hayden about 5-10 mins of tummy
time a day from birth coz he could already hold his
head up quite well.

try putting a pillow just in front of her so she
can put her head on it and you'll know if shes tired and
had enough.
