Pumping :)

Im not planning on doing it for awhile yet but when I do express my milk how can I make sure I have enough for her?

Say I wanted to go out for the evening, when would be the best time to pump it off and how much should I pump off?

pump as much as you can hun, you can freeze the extra

Is it best too pump while shes feeding? can u pump a lot off? like more than one bottle or do you have to do it during a feed?

I wouldnt want to interuppet any of her feeds is there a way around that?

I find pumping first thing in the morning is great. The milk is nice and creamy so perfect for the late night feed to get them nice and drousy
