Puking then acting hungry??

If Lizzie is sick after a feed (which is quite often), she immediately starts rooting and wanting to feed again. When I asked the midwife she said not to feed again and that Lizzie was just being greedy.
But obviously I can't ignore hunger signs so I end up feeding her, and then she pukes that up too. Most of the time she'll then settle but sometimes we have to go through the whole cycle 3-4 times!
Anyone else's LO do this? Any tips?

Try to give little and often so she's not over filling enough to be sick but feed her often so she doesn't get hungry x
